Chinesekoolsalad

Ingredients ( 2 big servings – 1 serving: 916 kcal / 4 small servings):

  • 100g whole wheat chinese noodles (uncooked)
  • 250 g bell pepper
  • 1 cane black beans
  • 300g chinesekool (fresh, minced)
  • 15 g raw ginger
  • 180 g carrots (minced)
  • 60 g peanuts
  • 15 g sesame seeds (black)
  • additional tofu stukjes 175 g
  • dressing:
    • 16g olive oil
    • 20g Miso
    • 20 ml hot water
    • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 65 ml vinegar
    • pepper

Procedure:

  • cut all vegetables and mixed them in a big bowl
  • add the tofu, noodles and dressing
  • Mix everything together
