OatmealCottageCheeseMuffins

Ingredients:

  • Basic Dough
    • 200 g Cottage Cheese
    • 100 g Oats
    • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
    • 3 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 2 eggs
    • almond/soy milk or normal milk
  • “Filling”
    • Blueberries OR
    • Apple + Dates/Raisins  OR
    • Apple + carrots OR
    • CocoaNibs + fruit

Procedure:

  • Preheat oven to 175 °C
  • Mix all ingredients together add as much until it sticky dough/slightly fluid
  • Filled into muffin forms
  • Bake for 20-25 min
