PeanutButterChocolateBrownie

Ingredients:

  • 185 g Peanut Butter
  • 170g Quark/Skyr
  • 80 ml almond/soy milk or normal milk
  • 2 eggwhites
  • 42 g cocoapowder
  • 40 g oats
  • 40 g cocoanibs
  • 40g peanut ( minced)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 teaspoon  honey

Procedure:

  • Preheat oven to 175°C
  • Mix all ingredients together and filled into greased or with baking powder covered baking form
  • Bake for 20 -25 min until the dough comes slightly of the form
  • Refrigerate for 2 h before cutting in pieces
