Couscous with Spinach

Ingredients( 1 serving/ 720 kcal):

  • 50 g Couscous
  • 100g Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper (minced)
  • 200 g Spinach
  • 40 g Nuts&Raisins
  • pepper

Procedure:

  • boil hot water and let the couscous soak
  • cut vegetables
  • fry onion and chillipepper in a pan first, then add bell pepper and spinach
  • when the spinach got soft add cottage cheese, nuts&raisins, couscous and pepper
  • mix everything together and serve
