Ingredients( 2 servings – each around 700 kcal)

  • 300g Brokkoli
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 40 g Couscous (whole grain)
  • 200g Haloumi
  • 30 g Pecans
  • 210 g Grapes
  • 1medium Bellpepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Cinnamon


  • soak the Couscous in boiling water
  • cut the brokkoli in small pieces and cook
  • cut onion and chillipepper and fry in the pan
  • add brokkoli, add bell pepper, which had been cut as well
  • dice the haloumi and add to the pan
  • after everything has the right consistency (what u prefer) add pecans, grapes and couscous and spice it with pepper and cinnamon
  • Enjoy!!!
