WokVeggies with Noodles

Ingredients( 4 servings- each around 580 kcal) :

  • 150 g whole grain noodles (chinese style)
  • 325 g Tofu
  • 1600g /1,6kg Wokvegetables
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 10g Sesame seed
  • 60g Peanuts
  • 1 tbsp Miso
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 200g soyjoghurt

Procedure:

  • heat up the oil in the frying pan
  • press the tofu so that he looses some fluid and then cut him in small pieces
  • soak the noodles in hot water
  • when the oil is boiling add the tofu and the miso –> fry (be aware it is hard to really fry the tofu)
  • add the peanut butter to the tofu
  • next u add the vegetables and fry everything
  • when the vegetables are hot add noodles, soy joghurt, sesame seed, peanuts and soy sauce –> mix everything well together
  • Enjoy!!
