Chilli from the different kind

Ingredients ( 4 servings around 725 kcal):

  • 500g minced vegetarian meat
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 big carrot
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 160g green beans
  • 250g mushrooms
  • 140g Buckwheat
  • 60g peanuts
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 140 g tomato paste
  • 30g tacomix
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Procedure:

  • cook the buckwheat
  • cut vegetables and precook the green beans
  • fry onion, chilli pepper and the minced vegetarian meat in the pan
  • add taco spices as well as the tomato paste
  • next to be added are green beans, carrots and mushrooms
  • when the buckwheat is cooked it will be added to the pan as well followed by the bell pepper, tomatoes, corn, kidneybeans and peanuts
  • mix everything well together  and let it everything heat up – keep on heat for another 10 min, gently stir every now and then
