Rice meets olives and apple

Ingredients (4 servings around 625 kcal):

  • 140 g Whole Grain Rice
  • 430 g Vegetarian minced meat
  • 400g fresh spinach
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 big apple
  • 130 g black olives (sliced)
  • 230g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 80 g mixture of nuts and raisins
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • pepper for taste


  • cook the rice
  • cut onion and chilli pepper and fry with the oil in a pan
  • add the vegetarian meat
  • cut the mushrooms, bell pepper and apple
  • first add the spinach when he fall  in add the bell pepper, mushrooms, olives and apple
  • mix everything nicely and keep on frying on a low heat
  • when it looks good to u add the rice, nuts and raisins, and season it with the pepper
  • Enjoy!
