Lentil-Curry Crackers

This is my boyfriends new favourite cracker…. if you had one you want to have more!


  • 50 lentils cooked in 150 ml vegetable stok
  • 40g Cornflour
  • 30g Sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp. balsamico vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. comijn
  • 10 g Honey


  • cook the lentils until all the water is taken up
  • meanwhile mix the other ingredients together
  • when the lentils are cooked add them to the other ingredients and mix it well
  • now place the dough on a baking sheet, put another one on top of the dough and then roll out the dough until it is nicely thin
  • bake it in the oven for 25 min by 150°C and afterwards let them cool down
